Shipping Coverage
We're delighted to ship our natural Greek cosmetics to customers worldwide! We currently ship to most international destinations via FedEx, with a few exceptions noted below.
We do not ship to: Russia, Ukraine, or Israel.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: €25 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over €100
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times
Once your order is processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within:
- European Union: 5-8 business days
- International (outside EU): 8-10 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on your location and customs clearance processes.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information about potential charges.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit:
- Damaged items: We'll replace the damaged products or provide a full refund
- Lost packages: We'll work with FedEx to locate your shipment and will replace or refund your order if it cannot be recovered
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged package or if your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe.
Returns

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's journey through the FedEx tracking system.
